Shipping & Processing
All items are shipped via UPS or USPS. Our Processing time is 1-7 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped. Shipping takes 1-4 business days to reach you once it leaves our facility. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.
During an Emerald Hair Co Sale or major restock i.e (black friday, etc), processing times can take 5-10 business days, and shipping time Is 1-4 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
International orders can take 3-14 business days to receive depending on which shipping is selected at checkout. Emerald Hair Co do not cover any tariffs or custom fees.
Emerald Hair Co. isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service or UPS and file a claim. All packages are insured by USPS/UPS. If you selected Route Protect at checkout your package is fully covered from loss, damage, or theft for the subtotal amount. You must submit your claim through Route.
Emerald Hair Co. does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped.
Emerald Hair Co. is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.
If items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Emerald Hair Co., you are responsible for additional shipping fees, or a store credit/refund will be given to you to purchase a new order with the correct address.
